Graffiti Removal.
Agency conducts graffiti removal on items located on public land (waste receptacles, traffic signals, streetscape furniture, roadway structures) to deter and eliminate blight and vandalism. Agency shall photograph the graffiti before and after the activity, and eligible graffiti shall be limited to those seen from a public right-of-way. WCDC also consults private property owners on effective graffiti removal products and procedures.
Litter Removal & Dumping Abatement.
Agency staff monitors the WCDC service area and removes loose debris and abates illegal dumping sites found on neighborhood streets and publicly owned parcels.
